ok so i was out driving around 2nite and my headlights were fine. well i was leaving from a store and thy worked. well i got down the road and realize my headlights wont working. so i stop and look at the fuse box inside. i pulled out the wire for my cb and my lights came on. so i cut them off and cut them back on and thy didnt work again. i check my fuses and thy all look good. i cant check anything under the hood bc at the same time the wire came off of my hood latch so i cant open it. so does anyone no how i could get my hood open and wat could b wrong wit my lights. please help.
