i plan on lifting my 2000 xj 3 inches, any ideas on if i should do this and recommendations on which lift kit i shouls use

I've been plenty happy with my Rubicon express 3.5" kit. It was a full coil spring and full leaf spring kit - highly suggest this route as a base for a lift that size. Don't cheap out on coil spacers or lift shackles/blocks as those just exaggerate worn out suspension components for a short term gain if that's the angle your considering
