Welcome to CF. On the issue of lift kits, it all comes down to what your usage will be (rocks, trails, mud, etc..) and personal preference. Many are opinionated or favoravble to certain brands, but it can be cheaper to piece you together a kit based on this question, "What is your goal/usage so we can help you select some components?"

I live close to Vancouver BC Canada is there's is lots of rain and tiny bit of snow so mostly trails and I'm sure there's some Rocky areas on the trails and a little bit of mud washouts that sort of stuff many trails thanks for the quick response and its not my daily driver just on weekends and camping trips etc

I ended up going with the rubicon express 3.5" super flex kit, ended up a bit taller than expected but im happy with it. I run 33x12.5x15R M/Ts on steel rims with 3.75" backspacing, had to do a good deal of trimming on the front fenders to get the tires to clear while turning and while flexing on rocks, cut and fold worked great on the rear.
