rear has 1.5 inch raising blocks, front does have spacers as well. Thing rides like suspension is made of cement.

looks like the lift was parted together from a bunch of brands. But if I had to guess. I'd also say 4.5-5"

You probably have a 3 inch lift then with those blocks and spacers of probably brings it to around 4.5. That's my guess

Take the blocks and spacers out and see where it sits then. If its 3 inches then that's plenty on 31s if you Dont do any extreme offroading

Then you're doing it wrong.

And what chart? The link I posted has no chart...

Measure from your rear axle to your bump stop or whatever. Stock height is so much so anything past that is lift.

ALMOST exactly what was in the link posted. Except for the "or whatever" part. For those too lazy to click the link, or read what it says, here ya go:

"from the top of the axle tube (tube and not linkage) to the bottom of the "frame rail" the rail and again no linkage

front stock is 6.75"
rear stock is 6"

anything more is lift"...

Pretty simple measurement. Not hard to do.
Just thought I'd post up some actual data for the OP to follow, not sit around and guess based on pics.

Also, his original question was about a track bar...and nobody has mentioned this, but get an adjustable, most will work from 3-5" of lift, or go with an OTK setup for 4" and up. Shop around, there's plenty of options out there.

found the rest of the posts this morning and heres how it works out.

front measured 11 inches minus 6.75 for stock height leaves 4.25 lift

rear measures 12 inches minus 6 inches for stock leaves 6 inches of lift

I have no idea why the PO added 1.5 inch blocks to the rear but I will be removing them today. I may leave the spacers in front, will see how it looks after removing the rear.

Awesome!

You want the blocks gone anyways. They are not friendly to our XJ's springs, they easily fatigue the leafs. When you remove them, check carefully for cracked or broken leafs. My XJ had them on when I bought it, and when I removed them, I had 2 completely broken leafs on one side, and a broken and halfway cracked leaf on the other. Glad it worked for you. Good luck!
