I'm getting ready to redo my rear bumper. And am just wondering how some of you guys have yours attached?

The one that I have coming in the mail bolts to the stock location as well as ties down to the frame rails via nutstrips. Whenever I get it in the mail and installed, I'll be able to shoot some pics

These are the bumper mounts I made, the strips slip inside the frame rail.

This is exactly what I am trying to figure out since I am fixin to build my rear bumper also. Do those nut strips connect to the tube also??

I used some 1/4 3x3 angle iron then added a another 2inch piece to it welding it on both side and grinding it flush to make one piece. Then used some flat stock about 1 1/2 used my factory nut strip as a template, cut stock to lenght tacked everything up making any adjustment as needed, then welded everything up tight.
