No, not really.

Let's see those low-buck LED's survive that kind of punishment.

a standard H4 bulb puts out around 1500 lumens, give or take - I believe. The 30" LED bar I'm looking at now is all spot light, no combo and puts out between 8 and 9 thousand. That's legit. I promise adequate pics once I get it set up. May be a week or so, with the holiday coming up.
Ordered the 30 inch led bar, all 30° spot lenses. Seller said 8000 lumens. He's hooking it up cheap. Sells them under normal circumstances for 200 + shipping. The 6 inch bar about matched my highbeams prior to harness upgrade. The combo beam had a wide spread, but I realized spots on the roof we would be more useful. Doing a removable install, so I can take it off while still being theft deterrent. Pics to come, hopefully by the weekend

Single row?
Yessir. I never wanted aux lighting but did want fogs, then I wanted to try a cheap led, then I wanted to upgrade my headlight harness, then undecided the led light bar wasn't bright enough. It was adding a lot of white light but doing it within range of my headlights.
Funny how I just wanted fog lights.
Now I'm looking at a 3 or 4 switch panel, and wondering what to do with the two extra slots.
As a mostly dd/backcountry rambler I probably don't need a winch, Oba, or rock lights. Maybe aux backup lights or something. Love leds though. Hope they are decently durable.

It is. And the 6" led bar is durable. I don't know what the big names can (aside from bolting on lenses) make them any different. The housing on the 6" is identical to expensive ones. The face is different, but I can buy 3 knockoffs for the price of a high dollar led. He's on eBay, whitecivic91. I'll give a full review. He's out of Tennessee and I've spoke with him once, emailed him a few times, and texted him a bunch. He's really taking care of me. Led install is a breeze and they blaze white light. Full writeup to come. From a guy who's been in sales an service since he could work (me), this guy's legit.

3" led - $52, shipped
12" light bar - $149.95, shipped

He took down the 30" as I am buying it as soon as my flipping paypal transfer processes. It's been 2 days,
if you contact him, he can let you know about a specific item.
Again, so far -- he's the man.

It will be on the roof, above/behind the ferring over my sunroof probably. The longer bars dont look as easy to aim as the shorter ones on side brackets. We'll see. Will install within a week, I'm sure.
On the roof makes it less susceptible to road debris, as well.
