So I've had my 50" curved light bar for about a week now and the whistle/tone of the vibrating fins was driving me nuts. Finally I discovered a nice clean fix to this annoying problem.
I started out with cardboard as a test to see if it would work and it did. Just capped the open ends of the bar and vua la. Took it for a ride and no noise.
So as a permanent fix i found an old mud flap in my garage, cut it to size using the card board templates and used some black rtv to seal it up. Looks like it was made to be and the noise is gone. Hope this helps everyone out.
