I bought a 6" lift off Craigslist that said it was for an xj. We've been able to make one set of leaf springs work but the second set needed new bushings. Turns out the ones we bought that are for an xjs leaf springs are not the right size.
so my question is, what other leaf springs could fit my xj? I remember hearing some kind of Chevy's would work but I can't remember more than that.

bastard pack with either dodge dakota or chevy s10 springs.

i've used the main from jeep and full pack (cut the eyes off) of the donor pack and bolted everything up. gained about 5 or so inches, more or less.

See if you can determine the manufacturer of the leaf springs, then contact them for bushings. Look everywhere for numbers stamped into the leafs, then search the interwebs for info.
