Knocking while running and while foot on gas

Knocking while running and while foot on gas
Hey guys, I’m new to the forum. I’m having an issue with my 2000 XJ sport recently. I found the tube to to the back part of my manifold that goes into the block was broken. I replaced it but now I have knocking coming out of the manifold while it’s idling and why I push the gas. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
