Default knocking help

ok so to start---> 1995 XJ country 298k miles

found out it had 2" lift coils on it b4 hand: What ive done so far
new wheel hub assym front both sides
long travel new front and rear shocks
2"coil cup/spacers
2" lift shackle rear
early '90s f150 rear swaybar link to replace factory swaybarlink end
tubular adjustable upper and lower control arms

ok now that that is outta the way i believe the shop didnt grease the control arms <-- keep in mind please
Still have factory steering setup fyi

im having a knock sound when in a bounce and turning. i know its suspension (not motor)..also hearing and feeling same knock when driving on very bumpy dirt roads. its been awhile since ive turned wrenchs so i feel ive lost my insight on alot of this stuff.

do yall think this is a:
ball joint issue?
bushings r just trashed out? ---which they are
new upper/lower control arms just need grease?

Im a land surveyor so this is my work rig and it spends 98% of time offroad, im needing it to be able to just roll along and be decently comfy and smooth riding and take a beating aswell...aside from the CONSTANT body rattle but oh well it was $1800
