Just bought a cherokee, want bigger tires.
How big of tires can you run on a 4.5 inch long arm lift? I have 32s right now but I’m looking to run some real meats.

Depends on how much you want to trim the fenders, and what you wheel offset is. Generally on a 4.5" lift you can fit 33s with little to no trimming, and 35s if your willing to cut the fenders some.
