jeep no start help!

jeep no start help!
Ok so I have a 2000 xj, upgraded injectors, 62mm tb , k&n intake, it died on me going down the rd the other day, had no fuel pressure at the rail, so I replaced the fuel pump assembly, now I have plenty of pressure, but still no start, any ideas?? It will sputter with ether, but only cranks without it
