This is a quote directly from their site: "Every year model of the NP231 can be accommodated with the standard HD SYE kit. Variations in speed sensors, cables, etc. can be factored into the packaging of the kit so that your kit works perfectly every time".
So I would say yes it will work with the electronic speedo as long as you order it from them that way.
