Well, any time it takes 2 days to get to a major distribution center I consider that middle of nowhere. It's definitely not BS, I've got the tracking info right in my hand

I do believe though that y'all in MN don't understand what people in CA consider middle of nowhere. Probably a different meaning

Would love to know what it means to you. To me it means no major cities for a half hour drive. Moab to me is middle of nowhere which is where those slackers are doin some wheeling.

If it took two days to get to a major hub someone was slacking.

I ship UPS quite often and regular ground service to any where on the west coast is third buisness day delivery.

Been the same thing three times I don't think it's a mistake or slacking

Man you guys are harsh, Did anyone call them before ordering to see if there where back orders? Kinda funny to see people order stuff online without talking to anyone and complain when its not there in 3 days. I called before i ordered my track bar from them last week and they said it had a longer lead time, I didnt care. Something good is worth alittle patience

Man that sucks I've had great experience with them, my long arms were shipped in about 2 weeks and I called them about the crossmember because the directions were kinda confusing and they walked me through the installation. I couldn't be happier with there company.

I think they are a great company to deal with normally, I have bought all my stuff from them whether or not it was IRO brand. I just think that they are more dedicated to having fun and making money than they are in giving customer support. I have heard a lot of problems lately which is sad since they used to be a stand up company.

Although I very impatiently waited for my lift kit for almost three weeks, I did decide to give IRO another chance. I ordered a slip yoke eliminator from them on a Thursday and recieved it on the following Tuesday. I Probably would have gotten it on Monday, but that was Memorial Day. Thejerm said that I should call ahead to see if there's a backorder. I really don't think that's my responsibility as a consumer. When I ordered the lift online, they should have had their inventory updated so that the computer could have told me that there was a wait due to back order.

^ IRO isn't a huge company and their website might have been put together by an outside company. It's not as easy you might think to have a live inventory update setup.

It might not be your responsibility, but it's also like calling ahead to make sure the trail is open. Just a good idea with smaller companies. Help them help you.

A week after i called to order my trackbar they called me back to say that they were shipping mine out that day and wondered if i wanted to save alittle bit of money by taking a part with scratched powered coating. They have great customer service when you call, and she sounded hot too lol

LMAO!! I agree. She sounded hot.

I will also agree that they have great customer service, but I do wish that they just would have told me what was going on instead of giving me the run around. I just like to know how long I have to wait. Obviously I wasn't in a real hurry to get it, cause it's still not done and I've had it for a month and a half. I just paid a hell of a lot of money and wanted to know where the product was. I wasn't mad that I had to wait, just that I didn't know how long.
