Interior cooling
On my 1995 the ac work great for the front two, but my kids or dogs in the back are hot. Any ideas on how to improve rear air flow?

XJs had trouble cooling the back when they were new. It's too much volume for the ACs capability. I'm not sure what you could do to be honest. If you're not already tinted, I'd tint your back with the max you can go.

I'm sure there's better out there, but I only looked for a few seconds.

well it all depends on what you want to do. I found an overhead console at the jy two weeks ago, so when I installed it a decided to do a new headliner and remove the old. I went ahead and installed some R4 insulation I had laying in the garage. I just cut it fit tight in the three compartments on the ceiling. 1 is over the driver and pass. 2 is over the rear passengers. 3 is over the trunck area. So far I would say it's about 5-10 degrees cooler and i'm in florida where it burns and the humidity is ridiculous.
I didn't take any any pics of the insulation install, but it's self explanatory once you get the headliner off. and everything fit back in nicely with no issues.
