Default install of rusty's off road cut out flares

I recently bought rusty's flares and I was trying to install them today, but ran into a snag. I have an arb snorkel on my Xj, which limits the flares. Anyone out there have any advice? All is Apperiated

Generic advice...if the snorkel and the flare need to be in the same spot, one of them needs to be cut to accomodate the other. Just use something that will make a nice looking clean cut...if you're into that kind of thing.
