Default im having issues and need advice im cheap

Ok how do u get the threaded part off that holds the 2 nuts on crossmember wanting to drop a inch and another thing how to adjust pinion angle on a 21/2 ich lift on rear and would I need to worry about lifting. Rear another 2 inches ? Why do I have issues with my tracbar relocation. Drillout thati havnt seen anyone els with problems. Any clues? Help please

you use a jam nut and take it off that way

dont worry about it with only a 2" lift

I didn't ask for people to give cf a bad rap. But. Yea I wanted to adjust pinion bc lots of vibration. At 30mph and up
