OK I'm going on a trip next week and I need storage room. Anyone have any advice or designs

Google it man! There's lots of good write ups that will pop up. OR, just start drawing it out on a piece of paper. That's a great way to quickly see if you like the look and functionality of it. Good luck.

What's the best plywood thickness. I have a sheet of 1/4 plywood.

id use 1/2 or 5/8 mine is 1/2 framed with 2x10
