Default Hypertech programmer failure - Error 70

First off, I know I am at fault but Hypertech programmers are more sensitive than my freshly circumsized baby boy. Here's why. I was programming my Jeep to try different specs while wheeling. At the end of the process it says Error 70 call 800 number. Puzzled, I unhooked the programmer, tried to start the Jeep and it wouldn't go. It turned over fine, but wouldn't fire. Then I noticed none of my gauges would work. I checked every fuse and they were fine. Unhooked the battery, but still didn't solve the problem. If I tried reprogramming, it'd say, Program interrupted and then throw the same Error 70. I didn't know it until I researched the problem but, as I was reprogramming, I decided to hook up the audio cable to my Ipod during the programming process. This little action decided to make my computer inoperable and now I have to tow it to the dealer to have the computer re-flashed. Then send the programmer back to Hypertech for a new/reprogrammed unit. WEAK SAUCE!!!

Let this be a lesson to all and don't make the mistake I did. If anyone has had this happen to them, let me know if they charged you and how much.

This sounds like a case of completely retarded programming on hypertech's part

It was great before all of this. Set at the highest rev points, I cruise through the mountains. Set at the lowest, I save gas in town. Fiddling with crap cause I can't sit still, turns it into an obstacle in the driveway and a pain in the ***.
