Default How good is Rustys Warranty?

Was out wheeling today and noticed a clunking noise in my front end on the passenger side. Upon inspection I discovered I somehow broke the lower control arm where it mounts to the unibody. Think Rustys will warranty this break?

how old is the arm, looks quite used? i would call them and see. if they are reputable as they seem i think they would do something that you could both agree on.

Good luck ! Is all I can say they will galdly take your hard earned cash but don't like to warranty parts . I had rustys parts fail on 2 different Jeeps and Had issues with them warrantying parts on both. I has their Tierod on my TJ after one month it has walloed out one of the bungs I called them they told me since the tierod was not bent they would not warranty it. So I replaced it with a currie steering kit. On my YJ I had a main leaf crack in half on their lift on the first wheeling trip with it installed I called them they said they would get a spring out after hounding them for months and speaking to rusty at pa jeep show about 6 weeks later I finally got a replacement spring in the mail about 6 months later by them I was running RE springs. They will never see another cent from me

never had an issue with getting them to warranty their items. ordered a set of rustys flares, and they had crap paint and they came out of the mold bad. they asked for pictures. sent them pictures and they sent me new flares asap. didnt even want the old ones back.

had an add a leaf wear out affter 3 months of use.
they sent me two new ones asap.

still running my rustys tie rod conversion for a year and no issues.

When Rusty's wants your money... run the other direction. Unless you just enjoy heartache.

Cant say ive purchased anything with them, but i have heard nothing but bad stuff about them. I did talk to them once because i was looking into buying some springs, they had no idea and couldn't answer any of my questions.
