Homebrew Horsepower & Fuel Economy gains
I was wondering if there were any "homebrew" horsepower or fuel economy gains to be made with the 4.0L? If this has been asked before forgive me.
Example: On my old GTP Grand Prix I used Chevy Blazer oil filters which were about a 1" longer which in turn cooled the oil a little more and gave me a minute increase in power and a decrease in engine temps. Also used to pull the screens out of the Throttle bodies and seemed to give more throttle response.

Neon/Mustang injectors - more fuel, more vroom
oil cooler, trans cooler, etc - more efficient moving parts
fresh plugs, wires, and dizzy - proper response
FULL exhaust (header to tail pipe) - easier breathing
There are other things out there, like larger throttle bodies and such, but I'd start with the above list, and go from there.
And all the other typical stuff to wake up a motor on any vehicle.

For a little extra oil capacity you can use the larger Ford FL1A oil filter.
I definitely recommend the above mentioned injector upgrade.

So out of the listed injectors for the 99-01 model which one is better? I see they have the same PSI rating but are different size "cc", larger "cc" = more fuel correct?
