Hinge pin removal help

Hinge pin removal help
Hat is the easiest way to take my door hinge pins out. Would I grind the top part of the pin and use a punch to pound I out the bottom of the hinge? Or cut the pin in half and wedge between the pieces to wiggle them out? Please help
