Yea, standard (no extra cost, leave box blank) comes with gloss black background (7x6 reflector) and chrome projector shroud.

Where st in Canada? I'm actually just across from BC in Lynden. I have no problem shipping to Canada though, just might cost you some shipping.
Thanks, I was honestly impressed with the light output and cut off as well, especially with how close the projector is to the 7x6 lens. I will be going with a lower temp rating in the future though.
Here is the setup you see below above:
2.5" Bi-Xenon Mini H1 Projectors.
6000k (4300 should offer the most pure white light output) 35w H1 SuperVision Bulbs. (Optional color tempand Phillips Upgrade)
Kit comes with 35w Digital ballasts and full wiring kit with relays. Literally plug in to your passenger side headlight harness, connect ground and positive for the ballasts, and you are ready to go. No splicing necessary. (you will need to remove your headlight delay module under the driver side dash or risk burning out the ballasts.)
What doesn't look sealed about it to you? I think I have a better picture, ill check. We used alot of JB Weld to nicely secure the projector, then finished off with blank silicon for a clean positive seal that looks nice.
Opening up the housings did take some time and experimenting with different approaches, temperatures, and wait times.
I will get these up on the website later today.

Couldn't really tell from the pic though. It sounds like you guys have the R&D figured out, and from what you describe they seem pretty sealed.
I will be buying a set next monday, I just need to pull some cash together
Is there any shot for a 5K bulb option? That is the perfect temp to me, 4300 looks too stock, and 6000k looks too blue. 5000K is that "piercing" pure white I am going for. I can always swap different bulbs in though, so its not really a big deal.
4300K on the left, 5000K on the right;

I know it doesn't gradually cut power to dim the lights. When you turn the truck on, the headlights turn on with a low light. Then you can turn the lights on (low beam). If it makes it easier, I can always buy a set of headlights from ebay or something with LED markers on them that can be hooked up to be daytime lights, then ship the to you to use? If not, I can always just hook the lights up without the DRL lol

Hmm. I didnt realize they were at a lower brightness. I personally would just wire them up on the standard low beam setting. Your marker lights (headlight switched pulled out half way) arent enough to be legal?
