Default hey all weird question

hello everyone i baught my 1993 jeep Cherokee like 1 week ago and got it stuck in the mud the first day i had it hahaha but the thing that has been bugging me is in between the sun visors is this panel with a little black dome on it and i took the 2 screws out to try and find out what it is and there is a electrical board on the back can anyone tell me what it is cause it is pissing me off that i dont know what it is

It's for keyless entry, it's the receiver.

Dirt and Rock sensor. I had to remove mine, cause I was always late to work. Damn XJ would vear off at every Dirt road and Mud puddle, Until i removed it. I think there must be a secondary sensor somewhere, 'cause it still does it , but it is more controlable now.
