Default Help! Installing jks discos and Torx bolt is stuck on axle mount

HELP!!!!! I'm trying to install jks quick discos but the damn torx bolt on the pic below will JUST TURN and NOT come out I've tried beaten it with a hammer but no luck I need to remove it to install the disconnects I've also tried beaten it with a hammer Nd nothing the bolts just turn but won't come out
I need help! Anybody encounter this problem

This is the drivers side bolt same thing stuck it just turns and won't come out

Cut the bolt in half and push it out with a tie rod puller.

I don't have a tie rod puller. I thought about cutting it and then drilling it out what do you think

Prolly hardened steel... go rent a puller from AZ or something and do it... Or try heating it up and then hammering it out... its splined so its gonna be hard to get out. Either beat or pull

same thing happened on my jeep, i just drilled it out took all of 15 munites......not that hard.......

High pressure air hammer did tbd trick on mine.

i cut mine flush at the mount and used the tie rod puller

Got a grinder? Grind the allen head off and knock it out with a drift, most times the heat from grinding will expand the mount itself and allow it to pop loose.

Theres not much holding it in there if the bolt's spinning, might come out if you hit it nice and square with a hammer also.

same thing happened with mine. air chisle is ur friend. i used a torch for about 20 seconds. then hit it with air. popped right out.
