help. bilstein 5100's vs pro comp mx6's
unsure which would be better. iv read good and bad things about both of these. both mono. both nitrogen pressurized. both fairly reputable names. maybe bilstein in that manner actually but then the mx6s are adjustable. recommendations?

I worked for 4wheelparts for a few years, The MX6 is Procomp's best shock, It is made my Ranch for them, However I will not put them on any of my rigs. My XJ will be getting a set of Bilstein 5100's on it in a few weeks. All of my other rigs I've built have had 5100's also. Therefore my answer will be GO BILSTEIN !

so today someone finally got back to me and i ordered a set of 5100's and an RE 3.5 super ride kit with new rear leaf packs, 3 inches of bump stop, starting at 3 degree shims and a tcase drop kit. figured if i wanted the extra ease of flex after installation quick disconnects can always be added later. as soon as its all fitted pics will soon follow

I'm looking for some bilsteins too. How much travel/extended/compressed length do I need for a 4.5" lift? I see 3-4" and 5-6" options? Does it matter that much?
