Hey man lay off this is his 1st jeep he just bought about a week ago it has a 3.5 rubicon lift. I told him to look into the steering setup i have and then told him to ask on here what size to use cuz i did not know what mine was.. he is a welder and can do it himself just lookin for what he needs to do it or what is recommended. I dont understand why so many people on this site are so rude. I know some people know more then others but dont mean u need to treat pepple like they r in 3rd grade.. this is how people learn.

1.50 x .250 dom tubing. Get u some 3/4 inch rod ends with a 5/8 hole some grade 8 bolts and should be set.

Dont understand why it is so difficult for people on this site to share some knowledge instead people like oh boy gorilla up there rather talk smack. Seems like every thread i look at is useless cuz people change topic or is just people talkin smack?

not being rude, just honest based on the questions. Google is a great way to learn and then ask questions for things that are not clear, people are lazy and want everything spoon fed to them. but either way. not knocking for trying, steering is a serious thing for you and other drivers. It should not be half assed or skimped on, researching what you are doing is the best for everyone.

I would buy or copy a kit like this. also have to drill the knuckles and make sure you have the proper misalignment for the hiems to limit binding or tearing it off. you are also going to want a safety washer, and a double shear is the best option, especially if you are stacking them.

http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/78STEER.html\

you may also want to make sure that a hiem steering system is legal in you area, as its not in all states.

Why is that funny? I wont buy them. I make and build my own stuff after searching the best options and setup for what I need. Seriously the best of luck, pretty arrogant for someone asking for help.
