Default HD Tie Rod Alignment?

Bought a cherokee with a hd tie rod, no idea what brand, but can anyone tell me how to align the front end with this hd steering Rod? The inside of the tires are wearing down something fierce and their newish tires

Using a tape measure, measure both front and rear of the tires to record the toe of the steering. Should be toed in 1/16-1/8" in the front compared to the rear. Also make sure the axle is centered, track bar issue.

I think he means what to loosen to move the tie rods in and out. I have Currie HD steering but I'll be selling it soon as I'm going Rusty's crossover instead

That looks like an mid 90's V-8 GC TRE setup to me a nice upgrade over stock for sure, best of all a direct bolt-in.

I'm pretty sure all of the V8 GC tie rods have a curve in them (mine does). That one looks pretty straight.

I don't think that's stock from any grand Cherokee. I think that's an aftermarket tie rod. Could be Currie but can't be sure

Loosen both nuts turn bar to set desired toe, then lock nuts back down.

The bend in your photo is what I was referring to. The bend in the rod where it passes over the differential.
