HD offroad frame stiffeners

So atmos, are you saying the HD stiffeners would be good for me, I live in ohio, so there aren't too many rocks, although I do play on them when I can. But I'm also plnning on caging it soon after so if I do dent them, the overall strength of the unibody should still be good, right?
HD is great. ruffstuff certainly isn't overkill as some may believe

i follow the school of thought that thinner is better for one main reason... welding something thick to something thin is just that, and the thick metal (stiffeners) will deform/rip off of the thin metal (unibody) so i'm running the HD offroad ones. this way the two thinner pieces of metal behave as one.
does this really make a difference in 90% of situations? nope.
