I got the drifting problem straightened out by removing the lower control arm shoes and setting them equal and getting rid of the shims and then adding 1/8 of an inch to the passenger side control arm to account for the crown of the road and then reinstalled them. I have a question about the caster now. Is 8 degrees too much? Right now it seems easy to turn and wander. I'd like it to want to stay straight and the steering wheel return to center faster.
