Default Hard Knock

Recently installed 4.5 inch rough country lift

So ever since the new lift i have had a hard knock noise when i go over speed bump even going less then 10 mph I've checked shocks to see if they were loose they weren't but i can't pin point where noise is coming from sounds like front axle but its a lot knock noise whenever going over speed bump or hole any solutions or ideas what it could be or how i can pin point it.... also have short arms for now if that matters.....

How did you test it? did you grab it from the top by the mount and try to make it knock on cross-member? Try and make it knock. if it knocks just by you,, imagine driving on the road.

also how do the lower shock bushings look on the front? warn out? A bad shock bushing on the lower end of the front shocks will make a knock on any bump.

Bad Sway bar bushing will pop and make noise also over some bumps.

Check front and rear sway bar stabilizer links, they can look fine on inspection... but be broke right in half. They will make quite a knock and grind.

Yeah pushed and pull on it really hard no movement and took off sway to replace bussing and without sway bar even on still get extremely hard knock out front still can't figure it out not sway bar or exhaust.
