got a PA system from my buddy and now I need to try to find a spot where it wont get submerged in water so I cant put it under the jeep. I was thinking either engine bay or maybe somewhere behind grille?
any ideas?

ill get you a pic of mine, its outof the way and wont get splashed. ill do it in the morning when its above 25 degrees haha
I had mine tucked next to the firewall on the pass side but you wouldn't hear crap from a distance. I moved it now to a spot in my bumper where it is a clear sound. It also depends on the speaker you use too and if waterproof, most are.

I haven't really tested how far away but it surprised me how loud it was for being under the hoodOriginally Posted by billytoad631

I have mine mounted behind the front bumper cap. It gets dunked in water all the time and still holds up fine. Then again mine is waterproof for just that reason.
Used to have mine mounted under the hood and it wasn't loud enough for my liking.
