Lightbulb Getting ready to order my lift kit. Opinions needed.

Do you think the helper springs will be enough (I have no experience with helpers) or should I spring for the full leafs. My original springs are flat but not bowed. I am on a fixed income but I don't want to do it over in a couple years. Here's what I am going for . EDIT: it's a 3" lift
ZONE. Full kit $540 Add a leaf $290

$540

$290

Full spring. If you dont' want to redo it in a few years (probablynot even a year on stock worn out springs) that's the only option.

It's whatever you feel is best. Would it be bad to wait until you can get the full leafs? Based off your build, you seem to do things quite well, and I doubt you'd want to scrimp on something this important.

I was leaning toward the springs , Like I said I have never had any dealings with add a leafs. i've seen where people have used S-10 spring mods and said they worked well , But yea I don't have the energy to do it over, LoL I belive I'll order the full set I can swing the money I'll just have to put the tires on hold a month or so. Which isnt a big deal it's too cold to work on it right now anyway Thanks for the opinions guys.

I bought that kit with the new springs and it's totally worth it. Would be best to do it right the 1st time and hold off on other parts IMO

I bought this $538 liftkits4less.com and have the front installed. Front coils were powder coated rears looked like heavy duty primer so I sanded and painted them, front install went well I need to get a adjustable track bar and sway bar links steering dampener, that's it. Rears go on tomorrow...

$540

Got the front installed today
