Without sourcing 4.10 gears from a 2.5L 5 speed, can I have the 4.10 years installed in my current Dana 30 and 35 axles?
The ratio change from 3.55 to 4.10 with my 33' tires would be ideal speedometer and power wise I think.

Yes you can buy gears for a D30 and D35 separately. Auto XJ D30s are above the carrier break so you will not need a new diff carrier. Anybody with 3.07:1 will.
For 33s and a slushbox transmission you're better off with 4.56:1

I've never heard slushbox transmission.
My jeep is 1989 4.0L automatic assuming it has 3.55 gears.
If I am buying gears you say go lower?

Yup. Automatics are often called slush boxes. 4.0 with the AW4 and 33's should have 4.56's and a new speedo gear in order to put everything back in line as far as speedometer, odometer, and engine "sweet spots"
