ok i have a 87 cherokee laredo lifted 5in on stock axles, my plans are to throw a 8.8 ford rear end in it or a 9in ford rearend (whatever will work best) and a dana 44 in the front i would apprecieate a quick run threw ofd what all would need to be done? please help!!!
Front you would have to weld a truss on... Lca mounts, figure out steering, and build a trac bar, and mount.
For the rear you will have to weld on spring perches, and shock mounts.
That sums it up

Are you wanting to go full width or stay stock width. Stock find a waggy 44 front and Rodeo 44 rear, both have disc and same 6 lug pattern. Full width ford front 44, find one with welded wedges not cast and a matching 9" rear. Rear will be pretty easy either way just new perches, shock mounts and drive shaft mods. Front will require a good bit of work, premade trusses are the easiest way but are pricey and several companies make bracket kits. There are tons of write ups on here as well as other forums. Do some research, save some money (it will nickel and dime you to death) and choose your axles based on what you plan on doing with your rig. I personally regret going with a 44 front but to most it works great.
