Default Fuel Injector Cleaning (off the car)

i just grabbed some 703's from the jy and i was wondering, is their any way for me to do this at home with some of Lucas fuel injector cleaner? like soaking it? or do i have to take it to a pro?

You can clean them yourself, get a 12v source and cycle them as well. Not sure if there is writeup on here, but think there is over at naxja.org

I used a tupperware container, one small bottle of lucas covered the injectors completely. Make sure you take the filters out of them before you soak them. I bought a rebuilt kit that was new orings, filters and caps. If I could have I would have checked them with the 12v because I ended up having one that was constantly stuck open.

Awesome, dose it matter what side the negative goes on with the 12v?

Yea, get a screw and stick it in the vice, then with the screw held in place screw the injecter filter end onto it. When its in a bit and grabbing hold of the filter rip the injecter off, the filter will stay on the screw.
