Neither do I. I myself have been waiting 8 months. I've texted him today with no response.

 

Kris usually responds to my text messages I've sent him 4 text messages over the last week with no response. I was trying to get an update on everyone's orders. To update the thread for lee ( Outlaw Star) while he is in his military duties. Lee gets back in Sunday so he will try to contact Kris then .

 

Thank you for the update! I have been trying to contact Kris as well since the last time I posted. Still no response though. This is really frustrating.

 

Lee (OutlawStar) informed me he sent Chris a Test this morning so hopefully we will get an update from Kris soon.

This is terrible. This guy just need to refund the money if he is not gonna follow through. 9 months and counting. Longest wait for a product.

 

Today was 7 months for me. I even sent him a message on his personal fb account. It shows he's on his phone yet he won't reply

 

This is terrible and unfortunate. I've spoken with Paypal today. They are willing to help after 45 days, but only by providing courts with documents. This means buyer needs to file a claim in small claims court. My bank(BofA) was of zero help. If your transaction was made through paypal and a "preferred pay method" which means the account+routing number are tied to account, then most banks cant help or backcharge. If you used debit or credit, you might be in luck. So call your bank ASAP! Dont even call Paypal. Paypal will tell you to call your bank. Ask your bank to initiate a backcharge if possible. Kris, own up dude! The least you could do for your customers is a phone call. I've called you a number of times and left voicemails and texts. You can find the time to call back once. If you can't do that then refund your customers.

 

Hi guys, I'm still waiting on a reply by this weekend. If no update or word by then, by all means you may go through with whatever legal action you see fit. We've done all we can by allowing a peaceful solution with some results but sorry to hear that there are still a good handfull without any acknowledgement/results.

 

I sent kris a text this morning and his wife and him a message on their personal fb accounts telling them If I have no response within 24hrs I will peruse legal action.

 

I can't fathom what's going though this guys head... I would have filed a claim MONTHS ago. If you don't have it, don't sell it.

He may end up in jail. My father in law is coo of a major bank. I'll be giving him Kris's info for the fraud team and I will be contacting his local police department

 

I sent Kris Messages yesterday via text, his personal FB, and His wifes Personal FB pages stating if I have no updated within 24hrs im taking legal actions. It been 27 hours and no word from them. I called paypal and let them know the situation they are going to try to get my money back and restrict his account so he cant get anymore funds online from them . They told me to call my bank as a backup which I will be doing tomorrow when they open up. Yakima PD is closed today for non emergency so I have to call them tomorrow as well . and I have a list of people who have not received money or parts, along with FST's address, Kris's full name dob for my father inlaw who said he will have his fraud team investigate Kris and help me prosecute against kris and he said if he has no business license it'll be really bad on his part

Im sorry to inform that we have done all we can twords some progress but that was all we have achieved. I also would like to thank those who have been more than patient enough to get here.
