for the front axle minimum I would recomend is a fully built D44, but a D60 would be better from the start.

for the rear I would go with a D60, 14BFF, or sterling 10.25 they all have there good/bad pick for yourself.

how much it would cost is a very broud question. fully built? rebuilt? regeared? locked? selectable/welded ect. lots of ways to pinch a penny and go really expensive. this also depends on what you are capable of doing as well as axle condition....

yes LOTS of fabrication, depending on if you want to shorten axle's wms-wms, all axle brackets need to be welded. drivelines need to be redone, brake lines, steering, possibly suspention depending on setup now ect...

there are tons of threads that go into further detail for specifics as to what and how based on your choices of axles.

my build thread has a lot of details that are the same no matter axle choice, but things change with axle choice.
