Front drive shaft removal?

Default Front drive shaft removal?

Pulling the front axle to swap into my project. My question is ...will the front drive shaft just slide of the shaft of the TC or can someone tell my the best way to pull it. I pulled the rear and it just slid off hoping the front does the same. Thanks guys

the front shaft is not as easy as the rear the front shaft is bolted in to the tcase like it is to the diff with 4 bolts u will have to remove for it to come out its really not that hard to do

I saw four smaller bolts I assume those are the ones. I figured it would be those...didn't look to bad to get to them.

yup that would be them and it look harder to do than it really is. is is really simple i just swapped out my front drive shaft just the other day and was the first time messing with it and had the old one out and the new to me one back in ,in just under a half hour

Ahh not bad. I will drop that baby out. If only my control arm bolts were that easy, got the nuts off bit the bolts don't wanna come out. Oh well thanks for the info

nope it wasnt at all i was a lot easyer than i thought it was going to be lol. oh ya i really hope i dont have that problem with my control arms lol i know im going to have to change those bushings soon
