Default Front bumper modification pre 96

Just wondering what some of you guys have done about the front fender that drops down when putting on after market bumpers. Cut it? Cut n fold? What about the fender flare? Pictures will help. Thank you

Like just a straight cut? Or cut n fold method? And what's the best thing to cut that straight with?

JIG SAW with a Metal blade... dont use a cut off wheel or sawzall you'll get a butchered up mess. You have way more control and accuracy with the jig saw.
