I'm intrigued by this photo, anyone seen or know a source for amber lenses for factory 97-01 fogs? Also the in bumper round ambers appear to be JK turns. Lastly is the bumper light bar a Mopar piece and therefore unobtainium?

 

Well that is a new one on me.
Between the license plate and hood louvers pretty sure we are looking at a European Orvis XJ.
If so the louvers are just stick ons and not functional.
Anyway, my parts catalog does not show any amber lenses.
I did find these but while they are plug and play they do not look more factory like the ones in the picture.

I am unaware of a Mopar light bar but have seen aftermarket ones like this:
