Engine: 4.0L OBD-II

California/50-state emissions is the exhaust system that was introduced in 2000 that needs extra clearance... lol

Is every 00 xj equipped with this exhaust?
Even 00 that came stock with a hp30?

Nope. No 2000+ XJs came with HP D30s from the factory. Chrysler changed over all TJs and XJs to a single new front end.
