Not necessarily. The links aren't the most parallel, but at most a little bump steer, not death wobble. Wobble is much more likely to be caused by movement somewhere not being seen.
Having been through it myself:
1.) You should look into an over axle panhard bracket. The added stresses at the OEM axle side mount will start wallowing out that hole sooner than later. If nothing else, a weld washer should be installed.
2.) Try to get your panhard and and draglink as parallel and horizontal as possible. The more vertical they are, the more forces they'll see (an over axle bracket will solve this).
3.) Check your frame above where the panhard bracket bolts in. I found that the spot welds that hold the layers of the frame together had torn/broken, and the frame itself had enough slip between the layers to cause the issue. This was remedied (temporarily) by welding the layers of the frame back together.
4.) Think about adding the following: Sector shaft bracing for the steering box, and a panhard frame side mount that ties it into the other side (bracing). This helps with the torsional leverage seen by your frame side panhard bracket.

You need a new steering stabilizer, go with the heavy duty moog or a good aftermarket. even if your current one doesnt feel blown, it might be worn just enough that it cant handle the lift and tires. And an adjustable track bar.

I don't drink beer, but a case of soda would do it and I would take you to my shop and straighten this out. Two things. When you dropped your pitman arm you changed the angle of the drag link, which combined with your lift makes the end of the track bar travel at a different speed than the end of the drag link when you hit that bump. Second, you probably have an egg shaped hole in the axle track bar bracket, allowing back and forth movement. The two combined together probably is what is causing your death wobble

Glad to hear it got solved!
I'd still recommend at some point at least a weld washer on the axle side mount.
They wallow out pretty easy, and even easier being adjacent to existing holes.
