I have been doing research and getting ready to do a motor and tranny swap and have been thinking about plating all three side of the frame while I'm in there. I eventually plan on swapping in axles bigger better lift and bigger tires and I'm wondering if its worth plating the whole frame while I'm in there to strengthen everything. I've been trying to find a thread or anything about someone doing this and have had no luck. I'm pretty much just looking for peoples advice and testimonies from experience. Thanks for the input.

 

Must not be looking very hard. Look on NAXJA and pirate. It needs to be plated on two planes. There is a thread on pirate on how to weld to the unibody.

 

I've been searching on here and google. But i guess not hard enough.
