So I decided to rip the carpet out of my "new" 95 2 door, 5 speed. Needless to say I didn't like what I found, being that I didn't find much. About 80% of the rusted floor peeled right out with the carpet. Here are some pictures of the project. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures at the start of the project, but I do have some. The cargo area was honestly the least rusty section of the entire floor. I bought pans through classic2current fab front to back discluding the rear passenger side pan, which was fabricated in with mostly the skilled hands of my dad, who I've gotta give about 100% of the credit to for this project. Mostly all I did was buy the parts, and try my best to learn.

And here's a picture of the beast! (so far along with this project, I've had to replace the fuel tank, fuel filter, fuel lines, radiator (went with an all aluminium), radiator hoses, starter, alternator, and battery bracket.) Now that the floor is done, I need carpet! I swear, they DO NOT make a carpet kit for this model of cherokee. All of them say either "not for sport model" or "4-door only". Now if I got gutsy and got a 95 carpet kit for the 4 door dispite the warning, they still don't have crossmembers for the seat mounts, like my cherokee has. Anyone have light to shed on this? I've been racking my brain trying to find carpet for this since I ripped it out in the beginning. I wouldve just shampooed it and not of thrown it away had I of known how hard it'd be to find. Please help!

Man, I've been all up and down these sites.
This is the one they sell for the 95, but it doesn't have crossmembers on it. It seems like the 1997 kit would fit, but are you sure what any differences would be?

I just got done doing this same job. I did one pan a weekend. Then this past weekend I installed the new carpet. The whole job took me a month. But it was so worth it, such a quieter ride inside.

I order full length driver and passenger side pans from JCWhittney. the rear cargo pan I bought on Amazon. I went to the local metal shop and got a sheet of 18ga steel to make pieces that the pans didn't cover like under the rear bench and over the transmission (where the seat belts are located) the 18ga is easy to mold to the shape you need.

This is what I'm doing for my Jeep in the spring. I'm using the same link as pinebarrensjeep did for the carpet and you can always modify it to work with yours I know the 95's were a weird year for seats because my 94 doesn't have that little hump like yours. And my 96 didn't have it either.
But these are probably the best pans I have seen, a buddy of mine turned me on them because they had the nuts welded in place for everything already for all the stuff that goes on them so its like the perfect form.
I helped him do his 2 door XJ and it was easier installing then removing everything plus it was literally clean everything up and then go down and weld everything in and it was extremely stiff chassis afterwards.
Full Front Pan.
