fiberglass fenders, good deal?
well im in mx right now and saw this xj on the street up for parts, totaly torn apart without much usable left on it.... except these epic looking fiberglass fenders, in the pics they come right up to the hood and the pic with the tire is a factory size i think... and i like they way they are alittle wide
talked to te seller and they asked about $100 for them (to me that sounds great), for me to ship them to canada, because of the bulky box they will be shippd in, first internatinal mailing compay i called (aeromexico express) said $600 to a post office near my place
could it be possibly cheaper to put them in the cargo with my luggage when i fly back? opinions if its worth it or could come out as a good deal?

They look cool, but they need a good amount of work to line up. For 700$ you could prob find better quality ones new.

im not cnsidering the shipping option with that outragous price ya, at that price i would rather just chop up the stocks.
as for the work, ya il do the prep and paint, in not that wrryed about them looking bad, my jeep is already covered in scuffs from trees and my right rear quarter panel is mangled
also my normal wheeling is out in thick woods and mountains (not rock crawling yet though) im aware that these probly wont last the year... if i dont hv to pay that stupid price then i good with it
