So guys I need some more help, I got a friend to fab me a front bumper, because I'm keeping the Jeep now, Thank the Lord. Its raw steel, hows the best way to paint it? I'd like to do a form of bed liner, not a thick clumpy mess, and not trashy like bad wranglers. Also, I got some steps I'm going to put on so my dad can get it in with his bad back. Has any one put them on? Got any tips?
Also my exhaust is rotting through, so before inspection I have to replace it. I've got a cat back I found fairly cheep that I like, how hard is it to replace it on your own? I don't wanna pay people to do a job I can.
Thanks guys!

I got a custom bumper myself, and I sprayed it with Rustoleum Truck Bedliner. It's about $7 a can, takes two cans. It's easy, just a spray can. Black, dries fast, nice tough and gritty finish on it. Much cheaper than powdercoating.

X2, plus easy to touch up if you hit stuff like trees, rocks, cattle, people, toyotas and fences.

Check out performance curve for the exhaust (think his name is mudfrog on here in the vendor section). Magnaflow or flowmaster with a mandrel bent tailpipe for ~$100, and he has a discount code for forum members.

Sorry, just re-read what you wrote... It is not too hard if it is all clamped on. If it is welded, just need a grinder, and don't forget a new hanger...
