Default F-150 springs

Does anyone know if F-150 leaf springs are the right size for me to make a bastard pack?

Thanks!

No I don't think they would work. First of all they would be way too stiff for how light an xj is. Second I think they are too wide. You need a leaf spring that is 2 1/2" wide. Dodge Dakota, Chevy s10, or Chevy Blazers the small ones are what you are looking for.

Thanks guys! When I add s10 leafs, which ones do I take? I'm looking for roughly 3-4 inches.

Take the main leaf, cut the eyes off, put it under your xj main, then alternate with that pattern. The bolt that holds the leafs to the perch is bigger on an s10, so you'll need to drill accordingly.
