Not a complete noob, just didn't have to deal with sway links on my first lift. This time around, I'm over four inches of lift and can't bend my links and studs around and get them to fit like they are. Haha. I ordered those RC links for 69.99. And I'm all for keeping the front. I never run a rear, its dinky and wouldn't do hardly anything, but the front? NECESSARY. Big difference.

Question though, I don't see how those quick disco's from Rough Country mount on the top to the swaybar itself.

Simply a tube with holes drilled through each end and pins. I can remove the whole tube. Again don't mind the geometry :-( dumb *** p.o. on my way to fixing it when I get 200$ together.

I got a set of them from RC as well but changed them out to the newer ones because they had an actual bracket that holds them. I got tired of using a bungee cord everytime I went wheeling.

What do you mean? What did you have to bungee?

When I disconnected them I needed somewhere for the sway bar to sit out of the way so I wrapped a bungee around the bar and used 2 predrilled holes in the fender well to secure it.

Lol I just let mine hang... that's an upcoming project though. Try to find a slick way to get it up... like clips.

I didn't want to let them hang in fear that while flexing they would bind and hit each other. Plus, it would make lots of noise bouncing around under there. I was going to make a bracket to hold them, but I had to take apart the center section all together anyway. I didn't want to have to put them back together just to hang them from a bracket. These new ones take about 4 seconds per side. So far so good.

Oh yeah, I had no problems with that at all. They were strong. Only thing was I lost one of the clips so I had to use a nut and bolt.
