Greetings,

I picked up an 87 XJ a couple weeks back and I was told it had an engine harness issue. The previous owner said the guy he bought it from was trying to isolate the engine harness. I have been looking all over for some decent information on this, I found some newer XJs with it done but, I am looking at the Haynes and this sketch or grainy PDF that was in the back and I can't really make sense of it. Can anyone help with this PDF? I can't read anything on it and I am trying to figure out why he highlighted what he did on the diagram. I know that I need the basics, its written in red on the PDF, but I can't read anymore than that. Does someone know where I can get this?

Who knows what has been butchered? You have an engine bay photo?
